Event Brand & Record Label

Our flagship night and now record label, Ape-X - was also the starting point on our journey as a company. Our journey began in 2008 with its co-founder, Gabriel. Who set out with the aim to provide underground house and techno music to students during the week.

Since then, it has evolved to become the premier electronic music night in the North East of England, gaining award nominations from DJ Mag for Best Small Club Night. The night is known both nationally and internationally for its forward-thinking and diverse bookings, as well as it’s high-level production.

The brand has hosted and curated stages at the likes of Hideout Festival, Parklife Festival, Fly Festival, Love International and has most recently gained a new arm in the form of a record label. The label spotlights young up and coming producers from the region, giving them a platform to be heard internationally.
